First of all, I’m not a Chess YouTubers’ fan.
No matter if it is GothamChess (excellent book nonetheless) or anybody else.
Their fast talking and fast playing over the board is more annoying to me than anything else.
My favorite kind of Chess “videos” are those of Perpetual Chess Podcast.

Now let’s get to the elephant in the room.
The accusee.
PegasusChess.
I’ve watched a few of his videos. I’m even one of his YT subscribers. But it wasn’t long to realize that he always recycle the same video day after day.
Nonetheless, his opening principles are sound and accurate.
Apparently, this dude is a Chess grifter who sells courses despite having multiple accounts banned for cheating on Chess.com and Lichess.
And he censors YT comments that he didn’t like.
Since I’m always late to the party. I became aware of PegasusChess antics with this YouTube video.
One thing for sure, PegasusChess is publishing the same video everyday. Just under a different title, a thumbnail of his face or Capablanca, and barely changing anything else. Always recycling the same content day after day.
I always suspicious about the legitimacy of those Chess YouTubers who carefully hide their Chess.com and/or Lichess account.
It easy to say you got to 2000 in 1 year when no one can see any proof.
These days, he sells coaching sessions and courses. PegasusChess.com
Nothing criminal there.
He is just one of many other online bullshitters.
You are free to buy his stuff or not.

Visibly he didn’t busted his ass to create an attractive cover. He should have put his face and Capablanca’s face on it instead.
Expensive for such a short book, but hardcover.
I must admit that I would buy it for $5 or $10.
